The Mill City Community Association was established in 2012, by Mill City native, Alendra Lyons. Our goal is to support a diverse, safe neighborhood with quality housing, infrastructure, and institutions for all residents while preserving the legacy and heritage of this historic neighborhood. Mill City is located near Fair Park, in Dallas, Texas.
